Liability for content
According to Section 7, para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act, we are responsible for our own content on these pages, in line with applicable laws. According to Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act, however, we are not responsible for monitoring transmitted or saved third-party information or investigating circumstances which might point to illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block use of information in line with applicable laws remain unaffected. In this context, liability is only possible once an actual infringement of a law has become known. As soon as we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question without delay.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external third-party websites, whose content is outside our control. We are therefore unable to accept liability for these third-party contents. The respective service providers or website operators are responsible for the content of linked sites. The content of linked sites was checked for possible infringements when the link was placed. At the time the link was placed, no illegal content was discernible. However, we cannot be expected to subject linked pages to ongoing checks, if there is no indication of infringement. As soon as we become aware of any infringements, we will remove the links in question without delay.
The content and work created by the site operator on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Any copying, processing, dissemination or any other kind of use beyond the limitations of copyright law requires the written permission of the respective author or creator. Downloads or copies of this page are permitted for private, non-commercial purposes only. Third-party copyrights have been respected for any content on this site that was not created by the operator. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Nevertheless, should you become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify us. As soon as we become aware of any infringements, we will remove the content in question without delay.
As a rule, our website can be used without the need to provide personal data. Wherever personal data (such as name, address or email address) is collected on our website, this is done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. We will not pass on this data to third parties without your explicit approval.
Please note that online data transfers (e.g. during communication via email) may have security gaps. It is not possible to entirely protect data from third-party access.
We explicitly prohibit the use of contact data, which by law has to be published in the "about this site" section, for the purposes of sending unsolicited promotional or information materials. The operators of this site explicitly reserve the right to take legal action in the event that unrequested advertising material is sent, such as in the form of spam.
